高校科研管理的廉洁风险防控策略研究

Research on Risk Prevention and Control Strategies for Establishing and Perfecting Scientific Research Management in Colleges and Universities

近几年来,屡屡曝光的高校科研腐败案件,不仅破坏了高校的形象,也影响了科研工作进展,削弱了国家的创新活力。针对此,加强高校科研管理的廉洁风险防控,控制高校科研腐败则成为当前党和国家防腐倡廉工作的重点。该文从反腐倡廉的大背景出发,对高校科研管理的廉洁风险的表现进行简要概述,并探究其中原因,进而针对问题分析廉洁风险防控策略,以期对建立健全高校科研管理机制有所借鉴。

In recent years,the frequently exposed cases of corruption in scientific research in Colleges and universities have not only damaged the image of colleges and universities,but also affected the progress of scientific research work and weakened the innovation vitality of the country.In view of this,strengthening the risk prevention and control of honest government in scientific research management and controlling scientific research corruption in Colleges and universities have become the focus of current anti-corruption work of the Party and the state.Starting from the background of combating corruption and advocating honesty,this paper gives a brief overview of the manifestations of the risk of honest government in scientific research management in Colleges and universities,explores its causes,and then analyses the strategies of preventing and controlling the risk of honest government in view of the problems,with a view to providing some reference for establishing and perfecting the mechanism of scientific research management in Colleges and universities.
