高职院校学生生涯规划教育现状及对策研究——以无锡城市学院为例

Current Situation and Countermeasure Research of Vocational College Students’ Career Planning——Taking Wuxi City College as an Example

大学生生涯规划教育是为了更好地让学生了解自己和所学专业,从而更好地制定自己的目标、规划自己的人生。该文通过了解无锡城市学院学生在生涯规划方面的现状,并结合实际提出相应的生涯规划教育的对策和建议。

The purpose of College Students’ career planning education is to make students understand themselves and their majors better,so as to better set their own goals and plan their own lives.In this paper,the current situation of students’ career planning in Wuxi City College is understood,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions of career planning education are put forward.
