摘要
高校内设各行政职能部门和教学科研等工作机构,各机构各司其职、相互配合,为实现高校的办学目标提供依托。其中,行政人员队伍发挥着重要作用。该文通过分析高校机关职能部门管理干部普遍存在的问题,从组织行为学的视角,探讨管理干部提高管理效能的有效途径,从而更好地调动部门所属人员积极性,实现机关职能部门的职责和目标。
The university has set up various administrative functions and teaching and research institutions,which provide support for the realization of the university.Among them,administrative personnel team is playing an important role.This paper analyzes the common problems of the management cadres in the functional departments of institutions of higher learning,and discusses the effective ways for the management cadres to improve the management efficiency from the perspective of organizational behavior,so as to better mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff of the departments and realize the responsibilities and goals of the functional departments of institutions.
