前列地尔对糖尿病足患者疗效及对尿微量白蛋白水平的影响

Effect of Alprostadil on Diabetic Foot and Urinary Microalbumin Level

目的分析前列地尔注射液治疗糖尿病足临床疗效并观察其对患者尿24 h微量白蛋白水平的影响。方法选择该院2017年1月-2019年6月收治的74例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象,平均分为两组,每组37例。两组患者均给予糖尿病足常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予丹参注射液治疗,观察组给予前列地尔注射液治疗。对比分析两组患者的临床疗效、足背部动脉血流速度情况及尿24 h微量白蛋白水平的变化情况。结果观察组患者临床治疗的总有效率为97.30%明显高于对照组81.08%,且足背部动脉血流速度的改善效果更为明显,尿24 h微量白蛋白水平明显降低,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用前列地尔注射液治疗糖尿病足病症,能够有效提高临床治疗效果,减轻患者的痛苦,降低并发症的发生,提高患者生活质量,在临床上具有推广应用的价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of alprostadil injection in the treatment of diabetic foot and observe its effect on 24 hours urinary microalbumin level.Methods 74 cases of diabetic foot patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into two groups,37 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment of diabetic foot.The control group was treated with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection,while the observation group was treated with alprostadil injection.The clinical efficacy,blood flow velocity of dorsal pedal artery and the change of 24 h urinary microalbumin level were analyzed.Results The clinical treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the improvement effect of the blood flow velocity of the dorsal foot artery was more obvious,the level of 24-hour Microalbumin in urine was significantly reduced,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of alprostadil injection in the treatment of diabetic foot disease can effectively improve the clinical therapeutic effect,alleviate the pain of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life of patients,and has the value of promotion and application in clinic.
