特比萘芬联合疗法治疗足癣临床疗效与复发率观察

Clinical Effect and Recurrence Rate of Tinea Pedis Treated by Terbinafine Combined Therapy

目的分析特比萘芬联合疗法用于治疗足癣临床疗法以复发率。方法在该院2018年5月-2019年5月期间收治的足癣患者中随机择取82例患者作为研究对象,将其随机划分为两组各41例患者。计划组患者口服特比萘芬并外用1%特比萘芬乳膏进行治疗,常规组患者仅外用1%特比萘芬乳膏治疗,对两组患者临床疗效和复发率进行比较。结果计划组患者接受治疗后临床疗效为92.66%,比常规组患者高出12个百分点,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);停药3个月后计划组患者临床复发率为4.88%,比常规组患者低15个百分点,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。计划组患者接受治疗后真菌清除率高于常规组患者,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论特比萘芬联合疗法用于治疗足癣临床疗效较为理想,同时临床复发率较低,值得在临床中进行推广应用。

Objective To analyze the recurrence rate of terbinafine combined therapy in the treatment of tinea pedis.Methods Among the patients admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019,82 cases of tinea pedis were randomly selected as research objects and randomly divided into two groups of 41 cases each.Patients in the planning group were treated with terbinafine orally and 1%terbinafine cream externally,while patients in the conventional group were treated with 1%terbinafine cream externally.The clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of patients in the planning group was 92.66%,12 percentage points higher than those in the conventional group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after drug withdrawal,the clinical recurrence rate of patients in the planning group was 4.88%,15 percentage points lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the fungus clearance rate of patients in the planning group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Terbinafine combined therapy for the treatment of tinea pedis has an ideal clinical effect and a low clinical recurrence rate.
