糖尿病足部感染患者病原菌检验研究

摘要 目的探究糖尿病足部感染患者病原菌分布和耐药性情况。方法选取80例在2017年2月-2019年2月该院收治的糖尿病足部感染患者,药敏试验分析和病原菌培养患者的创面分泌物。结果在80例患者中将180株病原菌检测出来,其中革兰阴性菌、革兰阳性菌和真菌分别为60株、105株、15株,所占比率分别为33.33%、58.33%及8.33%,与其他菌株相比,革兰阳性菌存在较高的检出率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时,各菌株均具有不同的耐药率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足部感染患者存在十分复杂的病原菌分布情况,革兰阳性菌是糖尿病足部感染患者的主要病原菌,因此在临床治疗期间应当按照病原菌检测结果对抗生素类药物进行合理选择,以减少耐药感染等相关问题的发生。 Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in patients with diabetic foot infection.Methods 80 patients with diabetic foot infections admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February2019 were selected.Drug susceptibility test and pathogen culture were used to analyze the wound secretions of the patients.Results 180 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected in 80 patients,of which 60,105 and 15 strains were Gram-negative bacteria,58.33%and 8.33%were Gram-positive bacteria and fungi,respectively.Compared with other strains,the detection rate of Gram-positive bacteria was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,all strains were different.Drug resistance rate,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The distribution of pathogenic bacteria in diabetic foot infections is very complicated.Gram-positive bacteria are the main pathogenic bacteria in diabetic foot infections.Therefore,antibiotics should be reasonably selected according to the results of pathogenic bacteria detection during clinical treatment in order to reduce the occurrence of drug-resistant infections and other related problems.
