烘疗法治疗75例手足癣及其护理分析

Baking Therapy for 75 Cases of Tinea Hand and Foot and Nursing Analysis

目的探讨手足癣患者采用烘疗法治疗的效果及护理方法。方法选择2017年8月-2018年8月期间该院收治的75例手足癣患者为研究对象,均行烘疗法治疗,并且给予对症护理,回顾性分析其临床治疗资料。结果经过2个疗程治疗后,该组的75例患者中,28例痊愈,占37.33%,20例显效,占26.67%,24例有效,占32.00%,3例无效,占4.00%,有效率为76.00%;同时,患者治疗前后的生活质量评分差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上给予手足癣患者烘疗法治疗后,再行针对性护理,可以改善患者预后。

Objective To explore the effect of baking therapy and nursing methods for tinea manus and pedis patients.Methods 75 patients with tinea manus and pedis admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the research objects.All patients were treated with baking therapy,and symptomatic nursing was given.The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Results After two courses of treatment,28 cases recovered(37.33%),20 cases were effective(26.67%),24 cases were effective(32.00%),3 cases were ineffective(4.00%)and the effective rate was76.00%.At the same time,the quality of life score of patients before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The prognosis of patients with tinea manus and pedis can be improved by giving specific nursing after baking therapy.
