呼吸内科长期卧床患者预防下肢血栓形成

Respiratory Medicine Long-term Bedridden Patients to Prevent Lower Extremity Thrombosis

目的探讨分析在对呼吸内科长期卧床患者使用护理干预对预防下肢血栓形成的效果。方法对2018年6月-2019年6月进行回顾性分析,将44例该院呼吸内科长期卧床患者,进行随机抽取,各抽取22例,设为研究和对照两组,使用预防护理的为研究组,使用常规护理的为对照组,比较两组的下肢血栓形成的发生率,凝血功能水平以及护理满意度。结果研究组下肢血栓形成率比对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),凝血功能水平比对照组优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理满意度比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对呼吸内科长期卧床患者使用预防护理,可以有效地预防下肢深静脉血栓形成,改善凝血功能水平,并且提高护理满意度,具有临床应用的意义。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the prevention of lower limb thrombosis in patients with long-term bed rest in the department of respiratory medicine.Methods June 2018 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,44 cases of department of respiratory medicine bedridden patients,randomly selected,the extraction of 22 cases,to research and compare two groups,use of preventive care for the team,for the control group using conventional care,compared two groups of the incidence of thrombosis of lower limb,blood coagulation function level and nursing satisfaction.Results The rate of lower limb thrombosis in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the level of coagulation function was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of preventive care for long-term bedridden patients in the department of respiratory medicine can effectively prevent deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs,improve the level of coagulation function,and improve nursing satisfaction,which has clinical significance.
