银离子抗感染敷料治疗老年下肢静脉溃疡的效果观察

Effect of Silver Ion Anti-infective Dressing on Venous Leg Ulcer in Elderly Patients

目的探讨银离子抗感染敷料治疗老年下肢静脉溃疡的临床效果。方法选取该院2018年2月-2019年5月收治的下肢静脉溃疡老年患者58例,按随机数字表法分为参照组和研究组各29例。参照组采用杀菌纱布治疗,研究组采用银离子抗感染敷料治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后VAS评分及创面面积、创面深度。结果两组治疗前VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且两组治疗前创面面积、创面深度对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后7、14、21、30 d研究组患者VAS评分均低于参照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后30 d研究组创面面积(11.34±0.84)cm^2、创面深度(2.38±0.26)cm,均小于参照组的(38.26±1.57)cm^2、(4.12±0.33)cm,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银离子抗感染敷料治疗老年下肢静脉溃疡患者的效果显著,有推广价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of silver ion anti-infective dressing in the treatment of senile lower extremity venous ulcer.Methods A total of 58 elderly patients with venous leg ulcers admitted to our hospital from February 20 to May 2019 were enrolled.The patients were divided into a reference group and a study group by 29 patients according to the random number table.The reference group was treated with sterilizing gauze.The study group was treated with silver ion anti-infective dressing.The VAS score,wound area and wound depth were compared before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in wound area and wound depth between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The VAS scores of the study group were lower than the reference at 7 d,14 d,21 d and30 d after treatment.In the group,the contrast was significant,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the wound area(11.34±0.84)cm^2 and the wound depth(2.38±0.26)cm of the study group were less than the reference group(38.26±1.57)cm^2(4.12±0.33)cm,the difference was significant,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Silver ion anti-infective dressing has a significant effect on the treatment of elderly patients with venous leg ulcers.
