踝骨骨折合并下胫腓联分离患者的护理体会

Intervention for Patients with Ankle Fracture Combined with Distal Tibiofibular Separation

目的讨论研究踝骨骨折合并下胫腓联分离患者提供护理干预的临床价值与意义。方法选择该院2019年1-6月收治的骨伤科踝骨骨折合并下胫腓联分离患者100例随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组提供常规护理干预,观察组提供完善综合的护理干预,比较两组患者不同程度护理后患者护理满意程度及并发症发生人数。结果观察组完善综合的护理干预后满意度100.0%显著高于对照组88.0%且不良反应发生人数显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为踝骨骨折合并下胫腓联合分离患者提供护理干预可显著提高疾病治疗效率并促进患者功能恢复,调整患者心理状态及治疗依从性,对降低并发症发生,促进患者恢复及改善其预后均具有重要意义。

Objective To discuss and study the clinical value and significance of nursing intervention for patients with ankle fracture combined with distal tibiofibular separation.Methods 100 patients with ankle fracture complicated with distal tibiofibular syndesmosis from January to June 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group provided routine nursing intervention,while the observation group provided comprehensive nursing intervention.The satisfaction degree of nursing and the number of complications after different degrees of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction rate of 100.0%in the observation group was significantly higher than that of 88.0%in the control group,and the number of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients with ankle fracture combined with distal tibiofibular syndesmosis separation can significantly improve the efficiency of disease treatment,promote the recovery of patients’function,adjust patients’psychological state and treatment compliance,which is of great significance to reduce complications,promote patients’recovery and improve their prognosis.
