摘要
《试验设计与分析》是食品科学与工程本科专业的学科基础课,对完成食品专业培养目标有很大的支撑。在打造“金课”、淘汰“水课”的新形势下,探索《试验设计与分析》课程教学改革。结合该课程当前存在的情况和问题,依据“金课”的要求,从体现前沿性和时代性的教学内容、体现先进性和互动性的微课和案例教学、体现探究性和个性化的教学评价等三个方面研究,初步探索打造《试验设计与分析》“金课”。
"Experimental Design and Analysis"is a basic course for the majors of food science and engineering,which has a great support for achieving the training objectives of food speciality.Under the new situation of creating"gold course"and eliminating"water course",this paper explored the teaching reform of"experimental design and analysis".Combining with the current situation and problems of the course and according to the requirements of"Gold Course",this paper makes a preliminary exploration on the construction of"Gold Course"in"Experimental Design and Analysis"from three aspects:teaching contents reflecting the forward and contemporary,micro-course and case teaching method reflecting the advancement and interaction,and teaching evaluation reflecting the exploratory and individuality.
