高职院校扩招面临的挑战与应对策略探析

近几年来,高等职业教育获得了国家和各级政府部门的高度重视和社会的极大关注。今年我国高职要大规模扩招100万人,通过高职扩招可以拓宽高技能人才成才路、改善人才资源结构、提升高素质人才占比,为社会和经济发展提供高技能人才支撑。但是,高职扩招也面临着职业教育社会认可度不高、高等职业教育资金投入仍显不足等困难与挑战,仍需政府进一步完善职业技能等级认定、设立企业参与职业技能培训激励机制、加大资金投入与支持力度等配套扶持政策,推进高正职业教育健康快速发展。

In recent years,higher vocational education has received great attention from the state and government departments at all levels.This year,China's higher vocational education needs to expand the enrollment of 1 million people on a large scale.Through the expansion of higher vocational education,it can broaden the path of high-skilled talents,improve the talent resource structure,and improve the proportion of high-quality talents,so as to provide highskilled talents for the development of the social society.However,the expansion of higher vocational education also faces difficulties and challenges such as the low level of social recognition of vocational education,and the lack of investment in higher vocational education.It is still necessary for the government to further improve supporting policies such as recognizing vocational skills,setting up incentives for enterprises to participate in vocational skills training,and increasing capital investment and support,We will promote the healthy and rapid development of vocational education in higher vocational education.
