基于翻转课堂理念的高职教师专业能力发展策略研究 被引量:3

摘要 翻转课堂作为一种新型教学模式,这种模式与高职院校教学模式需求具有一定的契合性。高职院校学前教育专业教法课是理论和实践相结合的综合实践课程,在高职院校学前教育专业教法课中采用翻转课堂教学模式,既可以对学生展开理论教学,又可以培养学生的实践能力,分析高职院校学前教育专业教法课面临的挑战,探索翻转课堂在高职院校学前教育专业教法课的新策略。 As a new teaching mode,flipped classroom has certain compatibility with the teaching mode requirements of higher vocational colleges.Preschool education in higher vocational colleges professional teaching course is the combination of theory and practice of comprehensive practice curriculum,in the preschool education professional teaching courses in higher vocational schools use flip classroom teaching mode,theoretical teaching can not only for students,and can cultivate the students'practical ability,the analysis of the challenge for the pre-school education major in higher vocational colleges teaching class,explore the flip class of pre-school education professional teaching courses in higher vocational colleges in the new strategy.
