职业院校经管类学生职业能力培养探究

Exploration on Vocational Ability Training of Economic and Management Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

近年来,随着职业院校扩招政策的全面实行,各院校均发生巨大变革,特别是在经管类专业人才培养过程中,紧紧围绕职业能力这一核心开展相关工作,但从实际来看,在整个培育过程中仍潜藏诸多培养不足等问题,需进一步改进和完善。鉴于此,文章从职业能力内涵入手,结合经管类学生学习特点,提出以能力培养为根本的高职院校经管类专业人才培养模式的意见,以期为经管专业教学提供更多指导意见。

In recent years,with the full implementation of the enrollment expansion policy in Higher Vocational colleges,great changes have taken place in all colleges and universities.Especially in the process of training Economic and management professionals,relevant work has been carried out closely around the core of professional competence.However,in practice,there are still many problems hidden in the whole process of training,such as inadequate training,which need further study.Improvement and perfection.In view of this,starting from the connotation of vocational competence and combining with the learning characteristics of students majoring in economics and management,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the training mode of talents majoring in economics and management in Higher Vocational colleges,which is based on the ability training,with a view to providing more guidance for the teaching of Economics and management.
