在大力推进高校创新创业教育的过程中,高水平的SYB创业培训师资队伍是最为活跃性的因素。民办高校由于自身的特殊性,SYB创业培训师资问题已经成为阻碍民办高校创业教育发展的短板。该文着力从加大资金投入、加强专业化SYB师资队伍建设、丰富教学方法等方面进行深入探讨,努力构建高质量的SYB创业教育师资队伍提出一些有益的策略。

s:In the process of vigorously promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities,highlevel SYB entrepreneurship training faculty is the most active factor.Due to the particularity of private universities,SYB entrepreneurship training teachers has become a short board to hinder the development of entrepreneurship education in private universities.This paper focuses on increasing investment,strengthening professional SYB faculty building,enriching teaching methods and other aspects of in-depth discussion,and strives to build a high-quality SYB entrepreneurship education faculty to put forward some useful strategies.
