Since the beginning of the new century, disabled veterans in the United States have triggered the rise of inclusive entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, with Syracuse University as the representative. The research outcome states that, cultural logic of social responsibilities, practical logic of gradual advancement and multiple choices, developmental logic of accurate support and consistent empowerment, lead the direction of inclusive entrepreneurship education.Syracuse University has formed its own special model of inclusive entrepreneurship education, which is characterized as four-stage talents cultivation. It has broken the previous"transfusion"type one-way help for solving public problems in the society and has shifted to the"bloodbuilding"style to foster hope and confidence.Meanwhile, highlight the role of higher education in society and open up a new paradigm for entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. In China, there are also a large number of people with disabilities. While conducting entrepreneurship education for ordinary students in universities, the inclusive entrepreneurship education for disabled students should also not be ignored. It is a vivid expression of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation,"and it has positive effects for the society.
