摘要
对TMCP状态的桥梁钢Q370qD与不锈钢316L爆炸焊接复合板进行不同温度的热处理试验,通过测试和观察其性能和组织的变化,评价热处理温度对基材TMCP工艺状态的影响。结果表明:316L/Q370qD(TMCP)复合板的热处理,在保持基材组织不变的状态下,复合板的冲击性能、屈服强度、屈强比、晶间腐蚀等性能能够满足设计要求。
The heat treatment experiments on TMCP processed bridge steel Q370qD and stainless steel 316L explosive welding composite plate at different temperatures were carried out.The effects of heat treatment temperature on the technological state of substrate TMCP were evaluated through testing and observing its performance and microstructure changes.The results show that when the microstructure of the substrate remains unchanged in the heat treatment process of 316L/Q370qD(TMCP)composite plate,the impact properties,yield strength,yield strength ratio,intergranular corrosion and other properties of the composite board can meet the design requirements.
