都梁软胶囊联合对乙酰氨基酚治疗偏头痛的临床研究

Clinical study on Duliang Soft Capsules combined with paracetamol in treatment of migraine

目的研究都梁软胶囊联合对乙酰氨基酚片治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法选取2017年10月-2019年10月在宁德市医院治疗的100例偏头痛患者为研究对象,所有患者采用随机对照表的原则分为对照组和治疗组,每组各50例。对照组患者口服对乙酰氨基酚片,1片/次,如果持续疼痛:1次/(4~6 h),24 h内用药小于4片;治疗组患者在对照组基础上给予都梁软胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d。两组患者持续治疗14 d。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组的临床症状缓解情况、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分以及血清降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为86.00%、96.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者头痛发作频率和24h内头痛缓解维持时间显著降低,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组头痛发作频率和24 h内头痛缓解维持时间明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者VAS评分显著降低,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组患者VAS评分明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者CGRP和Hcy水平显著降低,而5-HT水平明显升高,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组患者CGRP和Hcy水平显著低于对照组,5-HT水平明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论都梁软胶囊联合对乙酰氨基酚治疗偏头痛具有较好的治疗效果,能改善临床症状,缓解疼痛,调节CGRP、Hcy和5-HT水平,安全性较好,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective : To study the clinical efficacy of Duliang Soft Capsules combined with Paracetamol Tablets in treatment of migraine. Methods Patients(100 cases) with migraine in Ningde Municipal Hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 50 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Paracetamol Tablets, 1 tablet/time, in case of continuous pain: 1 time/(4 - 6 h), less than 4 tablets within 24 h. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Duliang soft Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptom remission, VAS scores, and the levels of CGRP, Hcy, and 5-HT in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 86.00% and 96.00%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, the frequency of headache attack and the duration of headache relief within 24 h in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group(P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group(P < 0.05). And the VAS scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of CGRP and Hcy in two groups were significantly decreased, but the levels of 5-HT in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group(P < 0.05). And the levels of CGRP and Hcy in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion Duliang Soft Capsules combined with Paracetamol Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of migraine, can improve clinical symptoms, relieve pain, and regulate the levels of CGRP, Hcy and 5-HT, with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
