妇乐颗粒联合克林霉素磷酸酯治疗子宫内膜炎的临床研究

Clinical study on Fule Granules combined with clindamycin phosphate in treatment of endometritis

目的观察妇乐颗粒联合克林霉素磷酸酯治疗子宫内膜炎的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月-2018年12月在河南科技大学第一附属医院就诊的子宫内膜炎患者106例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各53例。对照组口服克林霉素磷酸酯片,0.3 g/次,3次/d;治疗组在对照组基础上口服妇乐颗粒,12 g/次,2次/d。两组患者均治疗2周。观察两组患者临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后两组患者临床症状和子宫内膜改善情况以C反应蛋白(CRP)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组临床有效率分别为69.81%和88.68%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者子宫内膜厚度均明显增加(P<0.05),治疗组患者腹痛消失时间比对照组更早(P<0.05),子宫内膜厚度也明显比对照组厚(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者CRP、TNF-α水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组患者CRP、TNF-α水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妇乐颗粒联合克林霉素磷酸酯治疗子宫内膜炎,临床疗效确切,症状改善明显。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fule Granules combined with clindamycin phosphate in treatment of endometritis. Methods Patients(106 cases) with endometritis in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from January 2018 to February 2018 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 53 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Clindamycin Phosphate Tablets, 0.3 g/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Fule Granules on the basis of the control group, 12 g/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the improvement of clinical symptoms and endometrial thickness, levels of CRP and TNF-α in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy and in the control and treatment groups was 69.81% and 88.68% respectively, and there were differences between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, the endometrial thickness in two groups was significantly increased(P < 0.05), which in the treatment group was significantly thicker than that in the control group(P < 0.05), and the disappearance time of abdominal pain in the treatment group was earlier than that in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the CRP and TNF-α levels in two groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Fule Granules combined with clindamycin phosphate in treatment of endometritis has definite clinical effect, and improved the symptoms obviously.
