疼痛控制护理对股骨颈骨折患者术后康复的影响

Effect of Pain Control Nursing on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture

目的分析疼痛控制护理对股骨颈骨折患者术后康复的影响。方法选择该院自2016年1月-2018年6月收治的95例股骨颈骨折患者,将其随机分为2组,对照组49例给予常规护理,观察组46例给予疼痛控制护理,对两组术后康复情况进行比较。结果干预后,观察组术后48、72 h的VAS评分与对照组对比,前者均明显低于后者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组48 h评分为(2.19±0.61)分、72 h评分为(2.58±0.19)分。结论给予股骨颈骨折患者疼痛控制护理干预,可减少疼痛程度,促进术后康复。

Objective To analyze the effect of pain control nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods 95 patients with femoral neck fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into 2 groups, 49 patients in the control group received routine care, and 46 patients in the observation group were given pain control care. Postoperative rehabilitation was compared. Results After the intervention,the VAS scores of the observation group at 48 h and 72 h after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group, the former were significantly lower than the latter, P<0.05. The 48 h score of the observation group was(2.19±0.61) points and the score of 72 h was(2.58±0.19)points. Minute. Conclusion Giving pain control nursing intervention to patients with femoral neck fracture can reduce the degree of pain and promote postoperative recovery.
