护理干预在下肢水肿患者中的护理效果观察

Nursing Effect Observation of Nursing Intervention in Patients with Lower Extremity Edema

目的观察护理干预在下肢水肿患者中的护理效果。方法选择2017年7月-2019年6月期间在该院接受治疗的96例下肢水肿患者,采用数字表法随机将96例下肢水肿患者分为对照组与实验组,每组48例。使用常规护理的设为对照组,在常规护理基础上加强水肿护理的设为实验组。对比两种护理模式的应用效果。结果实验组肢体水肿程度明显轻于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预在下肢水肿患者中的护理效果理想,可进一步缓解水肿程度,值得推广及应用。

Objective To observe the nursing effect of nursing intervention in patients with lower extremity edema. Methods Ninety-six patients with lower extremity edema who were treated in our hospital from July 2017 to June 2019 were enrolled. The 96 patients with lower extremity edema were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 48 cases in each group. The use of conventional care was set as the control group, and the edema care was strengthened on the basis of routine care as the experimental group. Compare the application effects of the two care modes. Results The degree of limb edema in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing effect of nursing intervention in patients with lower extremity edema is ideal, which can further alleviate the degree of edema and is worthy of promotion and application.
