足针结合机电生物反馈对急性缺血性脑卒中患者动脉溶栓后的治疗体会 被引量:1

Experience of Foot Acupuncture Combined with Electromechanical Biofeedback in the Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke Patients after Arterial Thrombolysis

摘要 目的探讨足针结合机电生物反馈对急性缺血性脑卒中患者动脉溶栓后的治疗效果。方法选取2018年5月-2019年4月在该院治疗的急性缺血性脑卒中患者82例患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组仅采取动脉溶栓治疗,观察组增加足针结合机电生物反馈的治疗环节。治疗后,从患者神经功能缺损程度、日常生活能力和康复效果3方面,比较治疗效果。结果观察组患者神经功能缺损程度评分低于对照组,日常生活能力评分和治疗总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论足针结合机电生物反馈治疗,有效提高了急性缺血性脑卒中患者的康复效果。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of foot acupuncture combined with electromechanical biofeedback on patients with acute ischemic stroke after arterial thrombolysis. Methods 82 patients were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group. Only arterial thrombolysis was used in the control group,while foot acupuncture combined with electromechanical biofeedback was added in the observation group. After treatment, the therapeutic effects were compared from three aspects: the degree of neurological impairment;Results The scores of neurological impairment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of daily living ability and total effective rate were higher than those in the control group. Conclusion Foot acupuncture combined with electro-mechanical biofeedback therapy has remarkable rehabilitation effect.
