根据国务院关于推进我国教育改革的精神,独立学院转型是我国高校教育改革的重要内容,也是独立学院自身改革与发展的潮流。该研究首先对独立学院转型的必要性进行了分析,对其转型改革的重点问题进行讨论,例如:办学方向、专业建设、人才培养等问题,并提出针对性的对策建议来促进独立学院转型改革工作的开展,如:明确办学方向、加强专业建设、建立完善的人才培养机制等。

According to the spirit of the state council on promoting Chinese education reform, the transformation of independent colleges is an important part of Chinese higher education reform, and is also the trend of the reform and development of independent colleges themselves. Firstly, this paper analyses the necessity of the transformation of independent colleges, and discusses the key issues of the transformation reform, such as the direction of running schools,specialty construction, personnel training and so on, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the transformation reform of independent colleges, such as defining the direction of running schools and strengthening specialties.
