东北振兴背景下的学科师资队伍建设路径探析

Probe into the Path of the Construction of Discipline Teachers under the Background of the Revitalization of Northeast China

该研究以习近平总书记在东北考察时的重要讲话为指导,针对当前学科师资队伍存在的问题和实现东北的实际需要,提出了学科师资队伍的建设路径,以期充分发挥好学科为地方经济社会服务功能,为东北振兴服务。

This paper is guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech during his visit to China’s Northeast, in view of the problems existing in the current subject team and the actual needs of realizing China’s Northeast, puts forward the construction path of the teaching staff of disciplines, with a view to giving full play to the function of disciplines serving local economy and society and serving the revitalization of Northeast China.
