随着知识经济的到来,社会发展对人才的要求越来越高,创新型人才受到越来越多企业的青睐,这对教育提出了更高的要求,面对社会的不断变革,高职院校在进行人才教育和培养的过程中,也需要及时调整教育目标,改善教育方法,将理论教学、实践教学和专业教学有机地结合起来,探索一条真正适合信息社会发展的人才培养道路,反过来促进产业结构调整和社会转型。

With the arrival of knowledge economy, the demand of social development for talents is getting higher and higher, innovative talents are favored by more and more enterprises, which puts forward higher requirements for education. Faced with the constant changes in society, higher vocational colleges need to adjust their educational objectives in time, improve their educational methods and integrate theoretical teaching, practical teaching and professional teaching organically in the process of talent education and training. We should explore a way of talent training that is really suitable for the development of the information society, in turn, to promote industrial restructuring and social transformation.
