外语院校少数民族大学生文化适应的困境与对策研究

在"一带一路"国际合作背景下,促进外语院校少数民族大学生对外语院校多元文化的积极适应具有重要的时代价值。当前,外语院校少数民族大学生在习俗、语言、学习等方面面临文化适应的问题,教育工作者应当从提高少数民族大学生对文化的适应意识和能力,构筑团结的校园民族文化环境等路径帮助其走出文化适应困境,促进其健康发展,努力将其培养成为新时代社会主义现代化建设事业的可靠接班人。

Under the background of "one belt and one road" international cooperation, it is of great times value to promote minority undergraduates in faculty of foreign languages colleges to adapt positively to the multicultural adaptation of foreign language institutions. At present, minority undergraduates in faculty of foreign languages colleges are facing the problem of cultural adaptation in customs, language and learning, educators should help minority college students in faculty get out of the dilemma of cultural adaptation, promote their healthy development and strive to train them to be reliable successors of socialist modernization in the new era by improving their awareness and ability of cultural adaptation and building a united campus cultural environment.
