高校创新创业教育课程体系的建设

Construction of the Curriculum System of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities

依据《2018年中国大学生就业报告(就业蓝皮书)》资料显示,我国的本科应届毕业生中有78.7%的人毕业后选择工作,2.9%的人自主创业,有10.8%的人升学,7.2%的人处于失业状态。随着近几年来我国招聘要求过高,或者毕业生不满足企业的工作条件,各岗位应聘者过多且竞争较为激烈种种因素,导致了大学生的就业困难。另一组数据表示,自2014年至今,毕业后自主创业及毕业三年内自主创业的人数在急剧增长,越来越多的应届毕业生在毕业后自主创业,而且毕业三年内这个数字还在增长。另一组数据显示自主创业人群他们不管在任何时间段,月收入都是远远高于同届同学。因此,各学校应该重视创新创业相关的指导课程,让学生们在步入社会前掌握一些和创新创业有关的必要知识,提高他们创业的成功率。本科院校的毕业生在就业市场有着很大的压力,往往会因为学历不够、专业技能不精或者工作经验不足而四处碰壁。所以对于本科院校的学生而言,应该在校学习后具备创新精神,同时实现可以自主创业。该文主要剖析大学生创新创业课程体系的近况与模式,并探讨其发展方向。

According to the Employment Report of Chinese College Students 2018(Blue Book of Employment),78.7%of the graduates choose jobs after graduation,2.9%start their own businesses,10.8%enter school,and 7.2%are unemployed.With the increasing demand for employment of college students in recent years,the shortage of supply of existing posts has become evident,which has led to difficulties in employment of College students.Another group of data shows that since 2014,the number of self-employed and self-employed people has increased dramatically in three years after graduation.More graduates choose to start their own businesses within three years after graduation,and the monthly income of self-employed people is much higher than other graduates of the same period.Therefore,the innovative entrepreneurship guidance curriculum in Colleges and universities should play its role in promoting innovative employment of College students.Graduates of undergraduate colleges and universities are under great pressure in the employment market.They often run into a wall because of lack of academic qualifications,professional skills or work experience.Therefore,it is necessary for graduates of modem undergraduate colleges and universities to possess the spirit of innovation and realize the ultimate independent entrepreneurship.This paper mainly analyses the current situation and mode of undergraduate innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system,and discusses its development direction.
