摘要
为了将新工科要求的创新型人才的培养任务落到实处,以科技创新类实践为例,研究了培养工程人才能力的短学期实践的高效运行模式,分析了短学期实践对能力培养的重要作用。阐述了短学期实践的高效模式,即学生以小组形式完成课题研究的所有环节,教师全程参与以保障实践效果。更为有意义的是,在此模式下不同专业的学生可以实现良好合作。通过这种模式的锻炼,学生的各种技能和能力都能得到很大的提高,对未来的学习和科研都会产生较为深远的积极影响。
In order to fulfil the task of training innovative talents required by emerging engineering,taking technological innovation practice as the example,more efficient operation modes of short-term practice were explored for training ability of engineer talents,and the role of short-term practice in ability training was investigated.The high-efficiency mode of short-term practice was described:students must finish all steps of research project in group,teachers participated in the entire process for better practice effect.It had especial value that students were able to cooperate well in spite of different majors.Through practice of this mode,the students*skill and abilities had been significantly enhanced,it had a profound and powerful impact on study and research in the future.
