大学生参与高校的教育管理是世界高等教育发展的趋势,我国地方高校对这一问题的重视程度不够,无论是参与的程度和范围,还是参与的深度和效果,都不能适应当前高等教育的改革和发展。地方高校要着眼管理者理念的改变和提升,提高学生参与能力,构建制度保障体系。

The college students'participation in the education management of colleges and universities is the trend of the development of higher education in the world.Local colleges and universities in China pay insufficient attention to this problem.No matter the degree and scope of participation,or the depth and effect of participation,they cannot adapt to the reform and development of higher education at present.Local colleges and universities should pay attention to the change and improvement of the management concept,improve students'participation ability,and construct the system guarantee system.
