民办高校辅导员激励机制存在的问题与对策探析

摘要 高等院校辅导员是大学生思想教育的重要指南者和引导者,在面向社会培养人才过程中发挥着重要作用,源于此,民办高校的辅导员团队建设的紧迫性以及如何激励的急迫性不言而喻。该文拟以民办高校辅导员群体特殊性而引发思考,探讨激励机制的重要性,再通过民办高校辅导员的工作生活基本情况、所在院校激励机制情况、激励机制要素期望值等变量数据问卷调查、数据梳理、问题归纳,然后总结民办高校辅导员激励的状况,客观、科学地给出激励机制的对策。 College counselors are important guides and guides of ideological education for college students,and play an important role in the process of training talents for the society.From this point,the urgency of the construction of counselors^teams in private colleges and universities and the urgency of how to motivate them are self-evident.This paper intends to reflect on the particularity of private college counselors and discuss the importance of incentive mechanism.Then,it summarizes the private college counselors work and life,incentive mechanism in their colleges and u niversities,expectations of incentive mechanism elements and other variables through questionnaires,data combing and problem induction,and then summarizes the private college counselors'work and life.The situation of College counselors'incentive is objectively and scientifically given the Countermeasures of incentive mechanism.
