“一带一路”背景下青岛公示语日译现状及对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Japanese Translation of Public Signs in Qingdao under the Background of "One Belt And One Road"

随着“一带一路”进一步推进,公示语对青岛国际化形象塑造的助力作用越来越明显。但公示语日译却存在印刷错误、书写不规范、误译等现象。主要是由于相关部门不重视、译者水平不足,受母语负迁移影响较大。公示语翻译时,以《公共服务领域日文译写规范》和《国内外游客简明观光指示语标准化指南》为参考,可以采用“模仿一借用一创新”的模式,摆脱以文本为中心的等值的束缚,将信息准确恰当地传递给日本游客。

With the further promotion of"One Belt And One Road",public signs play a more and more significant role in shaping Qingdao's international image.However,there are some problems in the daily translation of public signs,such as printing errors,improper writing and mistranslation.This is mainly due to the neglect of relevant departments and the insufficient level of translators,which are greatly affected by the negative transfer of mother tongue.In the translation of public signs,the guidelines for Japanese translation and writing in the field of public services and the guidelines for the standardization of domestic and foreign tourists'concise tourism indicators can be used as reference,and the model of"imitation—borrowing—innovation"can be adopted to get rid of the text-centered equivalence and convey the information accurately and appropriately to Japanese tourists.
