民办高校毕业生高质量就业路径研究

Research on High-Quality Employment Path for Graduates of Private Colleges and Universities

实现民办高校毕业生更高质量更充分的就业,是全面建成小康社会、建设现代化经济体系的必然要求。该文以青岛黄海学院2018届毕业生为例,通过描述性统计分析他们的就业现状,从宏观、中观和微观三个角度总结得到制约就业高质量发展的影响因素,并针对这些影响因素提出加强政策的扶持、培养学生的实践能力和调整大学生的就业观念三方面的建议。

Private colleges and universities have more and more graduates.It is an inevitable requirement for them to build a well-off society and a modern economic system in an all-round way.This paper takes the case of 2018 graduates of Yellow Sea College in Qingdao as an example,through descriptive statistical analysis of their employment status.To summarize the influencing factors that restrict the high quality development of employment from three angles:macro,meso and micro.According to these factors,the author puts forward suggestions of strengthening policy support,training students'practical ability and adjusting college students'employment concept.
