Research on Prediction of Foreign Language Talents’ Employment Prospect and Training Strategies in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei from the Perspective of Radiation Function in Xiongan New Area

该文从就业流向多样化和就业前景等方面入手,对雄安新区辐射功能视角下京津冀外语人才就业前景进行预测,进而在整合三地资源、加强改革、加强企业合作等相关基础上,详细分析和阐述雄安新区辐射功能视角下京津冀外语人才培养对策。

Starting from the aspects of diversification of employment flow and employment prospects,this paper forecasts the employment prospects of foreign language talents in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei from the perspective of radiation function of Xiongan New Area,and then,on the basis of integrating the resources of the three places,strengthening reform and strengthening enterprise cooperation,it makes a detailed analysis and elaboration of Beijing from the perspective of radiation function of Xiongan New Area.Strategies for training foreign language talents in Tianjin and Hebei.
