摘要
目的为探究糖尿病足部感染病原菌种类以及耐药性。方法选取2018年12月-2019年5月收治的糖尿病合并足部感染的患者37例,采集一些新鲜的肉芽和组织应用全自动细菌鉴定仪对样品进行分离菌株鉴定菌种类型,通过纸片扩散法来检测药物的敏感性;观察糖尿病足部感染患者病原菌检验分布的结果,比较革兰氏阳性球菌和革兰氏阴性菌对临床常用抗生素的耐药性。结果37例患者的标本中一共分离出52株病原菌,其中分离出大于两株病原菌的患者有20例,多重感染发生的概率为54.05%(20/37),通过不同抗生素类药物治疗结果显示,金黄色葡萄球菌对替考拉宁和万古霉素的敏感率均为100.00%,其他的抗生素类药物的敏感度均小于这两种药物,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);铜绿假单胞菌对于亚胺培南、美罗培南以及左氧氟沙星的敏感度均为63.64%,肺炎克雷伯菌对于亚胺培南和美罗培南的敏感度均为57.14%,其他的抗生素类药物的敏感度均小于这两种药物,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);大肠埃希菌对于亚胺培南和美罗培南完全敏感,敏感度达到100.00%,,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将罗格列酮和美沙拉嗪联合起来对于治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果较好。
Objective To explore the pathogens and drug resistance of diabetic foot infection.Methods 37 digbotic Patients with foot infection admitled from December 2018 to May 2019 were selected.Some fresh granulations and tissues were collected.The strains were identified by using an automatic bacterial identification instrument.The strains were identified by paper diffusion method.The sensitivity of the drugs was observed.The results of the distribution of pathogens in infected patients were compared with the resistance of Gram-positive cocci and Gram-negative bacteria to clinically used antibiotics.Results A total of 52 pathogens were isolated from the samples of 37 patients.Among them,20 patients with more than two pathogens were isolated.The probability of multiple infections was 54.05%(20/37).The results of different antibiotics showed that The sensitivity of Staphylococcus aureus to teicoplanin and vancomycin was100.00%,and the sensitivity of other antibiotics was lower than that of the two drugs(P<0.05).Pseudomonas aeruginosa for imide culture The sensitivity of South,meropenem and levofloxacin was 63.64%,and the sensitivity of Klebsiella pneumoniae to imipenem and meropenem was 57.14%.The sensitivity of other antibiotics was lower than that of the two drugs(P<0.05);Escherichia coli was completely sensitive to imipenem and meropenem with a sensitivity of 100.00%,P<0.05.Conclusion The combination of rosiglitazone and mesalazine is effective in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.
