糖尿病足患者使用前列地尔输液方法改进及护理探讨

Discussion on Improvement and Nursing of Patients with Diabetic Foot Using Alprodil Infusion

目的探讨糖尿病足(DF)患者采用改进的前列地尔输液方法的临床疗效,并分析该病症的输液护理方法。方法选择2018年6月-2019年5月于该院收治的70例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象,将70例患者随机均分成两组,一般组和观察组,采用前列地尔为两组患者进行治疗;输液方法:一般组选用静推,观察组选用静滴;通过治疗,观察患者的血糖情况,以及输液反应的发生概率。结果通过研究分析显示,两组血糖情况治疗前后对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);输液反应对比得出:一般组发生概率明显高于观察组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对DF患者选用静滴前列地尔治疗能够整体提升治疗效果,有效降低了患者发生输液反应的概率,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified prostolol infusion in diabetic foot(DF)patients,and analyze the infusion nursing methods of the disease.Methods 70 patients with diabetic foot admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to May 2019 were selected as research objects.All the 70 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the general group and the observation group.Alprostadil was used as treatment in the two groups.Infusion methods:static push was used in the general group and static drop was used in the observation group.The patient’s blood sugar status and the probability of transfusion reaction were observed through treatment.Results The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The comparison of infusion reactions showed that the occurrence rate of the general group was significantly higher than that of the observation group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups’data,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For DF patients,the use of statin prostadil therapy can improve the overall treatment effect and effectively reduce the probability of infusion reaction in patients,which has clinical application value.
