血糖控制指导联合针对性足部护理在老年糖尿病足患者护理中的应用观察

Application of Blood Sugar Control Guidance Combined with Targeted Foot Care in the Nursing of Elderly Diabetic Foot Patients

目的探究血糖控制指导联合针对性足部护理在老年糖尿病足患者中的护理效果。方法选取2017年6月-2018年12月间来该院治疗的糖尿病足患者120例,对照组60例患者行常规治疗护理干预,研究组60例患者行血糖控制指导联合针对性足部护理,观察护理效果。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率为93.33%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为81.67%;研究组患者经过治疗之后血糖控制水平优于对照组、足部情况好于对照组,低血糖发生率低于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用血糖控制指导联合针对性足部护理于老年糖尿病足患者,护理效果较好,能有效促进患者的病情康复,推荐临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of blood glucose control guidance combined with targeted foot care in elderly diabetic foot patients.Methods From June 2017 to December 2018,120 diabetic foot patients were selected for treatment in our hospital,60 patients in the control group received routine treatment and nursing intervention,and 60 patients in the research group received blood glucose control and guidance combined targeted foot care,to observe the nursing effect.Results The total effective rate was 93.33%in the study group and 81.67%in the control group.After treatment,the blood glucose control level of the study group was better than that of the control group,the foot condition was better than that of the control group,and the incidence of hypoglycemia was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of blood glucose control guidance combined with targeted foot care in elderly diabetic foot patients,nursing effect is good,can effectively promote the patient’s condition recovery,recommended for clinical use.
