胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ在糖尿病足中的表达及意义

Expression and Significance of Insulin-like Growth Factor-Ⅰ in Diabetic Foot

目的探讨糖尿病足患者中胰岛素样生长因子的表达水平及其意义。方法选2017年3月-2019年4月该院收治的糖尿病足患者40例(A组)、单纯糖尿病患者40例(B组)以及同期健康体检对照组40名。比较不同组患者胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)的水平。结果糖尿病足患者IGF-1水平最低,对照组患者水平最高,同时IGF-1水平较低的A组患者其糖化血红蛋白、尿蛋白水平均较高,以上指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较各组血脂相关指标发现差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论IGF-1在糖尿病患者机体内水平会降低,同时糖尿病足患者该指标的水平达到最低,分析认为该指标与糖尿病足发生风险之间呈负相关关系;IGF-1水平较低的糖尿病足患者其糖化血红蛋白与尿蛋白定量比较高,可能呈负相关关系。

Objective To investigate the expression level and significance of insulin-like growth factor in diabetic foot patients.Methods From March 2017 to April 2019,40 patients with diabetic foot in our hospital(group A),40 patients with simple diabetes(group B)and 40 healthy controls in the same period.The levels of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)in different groups of patients were compared.Results The level of IGF-1 was the lowest in diabetic foot patients.The level of patients in the control group was the highest.The level of glycated hemoglobin and urine protein was higher in group A with lower IGF-1.The above indicators were compared,P<0.05.There were no significant differences in blood lipid related indicators,P>0.05.Conclusion IGF-1 is decreased in the body of diabetic patients,and the level of this index is the lowest in diabetic foot patients.The analysis shows that there is a negative correlation between the index and the risk of diabetic foot;diabetic foot patients with lower IGF-1 levels Its glycated hemoglobin and urine protein are relatively high in quantitative,and may be negatively correlated.
