早期糖尿病足中医护理综合干预的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Comprehensive Intervention of TCM Nursing for Early Diabetic Foot

目的阐述早期糖尿病足患者施行中医综合护理干预的具体措施及改善患者症状表现的效果。方法2018年5月-2019年5月,研究对象选择该院收治早期糖尿病足患者95例分为观察组与对照组,对照组常规护理,观察组中医综合护理,检测并对比两组患者护理前后血糖指标,评估并比较各组患者护理前后中医症候评分与踝肱指数。结果护理干预后,观察组患者空腹血糖值(6.09±1.13)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖值(9.01±1.11)mmol/L均低于对照组,同时中医症候评分(15.01±2.29)分小于对照组,踝肱指数(1.33±0.11)则高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期糖尿病足通过辅以中医综合护理干预能够改善患者症状表现,稳定控制血糖,提高踝肱运动能力,提倡推广应用。

Objective To elaborate the specific measures of comprehensive nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine for early diabetic foot patients and the effect of improving the symptoms of patients.Methods From May 2018 to May 2019,95 subjects who were admitted to our hospital for early diabetic foot were divided into observation group and control group,and the control group received routine nursing.The observation group received comprehensive Chinese medicine treatment,and the two groups of patients were tested and compared before and after treatment.The blood glucose index was used to evaluate and compare the TCM symptom scores and sputum index before and after treatment in each group of patients.Results After nursing intervention,the fasting blood glucose level(6.09±1.13)mmol/L and the 2-hour postprandial blood glucose level(9.01±1.11)mmol/L were lower in the observation group than in the control group,while the TCM symptom score(15.01±2.29)points was less than In the control group,the sputum index(1.33±0.11)was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early diabetic foot can improve the symptoms of patients,stabilize blood sugar control,improve ankle-brachial motor ability,and promote the application of comprehensive nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine.
