多层螺旋CT三维重建在踝关节骨折中的应用价值研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT三维重建在踝关节骨折中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2017年3月-2018年9月期间收治的踝关节骨折(100例)患者的临床资料,所有患者术前检查及术后观察复位均采取X线DR及多层螺旋CT三维重建检查,将检查结果与术中探查结果进行对比,对多层螺旋CT三维重建在踝关节骨折中的应用价值进行分析。结果以手术结果为金标准,CT三维重建对总骨折分型的诊断符合率为98.00%,高于X线DR的81.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后多层螺旋CT三维重建检出总解剖复位率为80.00%,低于X线DR的92.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)术后多层螺旋CT三维重建检出内固定适宜率为96.00%,高于X线DR的87.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT三维重建在踝关节骨折中具有较高应用价值,可对患者骨折情况进行准确分型,利于为制定治疗方案提供有效依据,且对术后复位质量及内固定质量评估效果更佳。 Objective To investigate the application value of multislice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction in ankle fracture.Methods Clinical data of 100 patients with ankle fracture admitted from March 2017 to September 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent preoperative examination and postoperative observation and reduction by X-ray DR and three-dimensional reconstruction with multi-slice spiral CT.Results According to the gold standard of surgical results,the coincidence rate of CT 3D reconstruction in the diagnosis of total fracture classification was higher than that of X-ray DR examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total anatomical reduction rate detected by MSCT 3D reconstruction was lower than that by X-ray DR,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multislice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique can accurately classify the patients with ankle fracture,which is helpful to provide effective basis for the formulation of treatment plan,and the postoperative reduction quality is better.
