多层螺旋CT血管造影在糖尿病足溃疡下肢动脉疾病诊断中的应用

Application of Multi-slice Spiral CT Angiography in the Diagnosis of Lower Extremity Artery Disease of Diabetic Foot Ulcer

目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管造影在糖尿病足溃疡下肢动脉疾病诊断中的应用效果。方法选择2017年1月-2019年3月该院收治的52例糖尿病足溃疡下肢动脉疾病患者作为研究对象,对52例患者分别实施彩色多普勒血流显像诊断及多层螺旋CT血管造影诊断,对比疾病确诊率及血管狭窄情况符合率。结果参照金标准结果,多层螺旋CT血管造影疾病确诊率、血管狭窄情况符合率均高于彩色多普勒血流显像诊断结果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT血管造影在糖尿病足溃疡下肢动脉疾病中具有较高的诊断价值,可提高疾病诊断符合率,为临床治疗提供重要指导价值。

Objective To investigate the application of multi-slice spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of lower extremity arterial diseases with diabetic foot ulcer.Methods 52 patients with lower extremity arterial disease of diabetic foot ulcer admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects.52 patients were diagnosed by color Doppler flow imaging and multi-slice spiral CT angiography respectively.The diagnostic rate of the disease and the coincidence rate of vascular stenosis were compared.Results Referring to the gold standard results,the diagnostic accuracy and coincidence rate of multi-slice spiral CT angiography were higher than those of color Doppler flow imaging(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT angiography has high diagnostic value in lower extremity arterial disease of diabetic foot ulcer.It can improve the coincidence rate of disease diagnosis and provide important guidance value for clinical treatment.
