彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢静脉曲张影像学特点分析及诊断价值

Color Doppler Ultrasonography in Diagnosing the Diagnostic Value of Lower Extremity Varices

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢静脉曲张影像学特点分析及价值。方法选2017年7月-2019年7月该院拟诊下肢静脉曲张的患者60例,同时选60名健康对照组,观察两组患者下肢解剖结构的差异,并分析实验组患者的影像学特点。结果与对照组相比,两组患者的股静脉及股总静脉的内径差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组的大隐及小隐静脉的内径较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在诊断下肢静脉曲张的诊断技术中,彩色多普勒超声技术诊断效果确切,有较好的诊断正确率,可明显观察静脉血管的解剖结合,此种检测的方法可作为临床上诊断下肢静脉曲张首选方法。

Objective To investigate the imaging characteristics and value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of varicose veins of lower extremities.Methods From July 2017 to July 2019,60 patients with varicose veins of lower extremity were selected and 60 healthy controls were selected.The differences in anatomical structure of lower limbs were observed and the imaging characteristics of the experimental group were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the difference of the inner diameter of the femoral vein and the common femoral vein between the two groups was statistically significant(P>0.05).The inner diameter of the great and small saphenous veins in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant.Significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of varicose veins of the lower extremities,color Doppler ultrasound has a clear diagnostic effect and a good diagnostic accuracy.The anatomical combination of venous vessels can be observed clearly.This method can be used as a clinical diagnosis of lower extremity veins.The preferred method of varicose.
