低分子肝素钙预防高龄食管癌患者下肢深静脉血栓并发症的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium in Preventing Complications of Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Limbs in Elderly Patients with Esophageal Cancer

目的该文通过观察低分子肝素钙预防高龄食管癌患者下肢深静脉血栓并发症的临床效果,为临床预防食管癌患者DVT的发生提供依据。方法选取2017年10月-2018年10月在我院收治的食管癌患者100例,100例患者根据入院时间进行排序,1~100号,根据号码随机分为两组,偶数为观察组,奇数为对照组。两组患者均按照诊疗指南进行治疗,观察组在此基础上加入低分子肝素钙治疗。结果观察组患者发生DVT1例、无急性心梗、肺栓塞的发生,而对照组发生DVT5例、急性心梗发生2例、肺栓塞发生1例,观察组DVT、急性心梗、肺栓塞的发生率明显低于对照组。结论低分子肝素钙能够有效地预防高龄食管癌患者DVT、急性心梗、肺栓塞等并发症的发生,在充分评估病情的情况下,可以使用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium in preventing complications of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs in elderly patients with esophageal cancer,and to provide evidence for the prevention of DVT in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods 100 patients with esophageal cancer admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected.According to the admission time,100 patients were sorted.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the number.The even number was the observation group,and the odd number was the control group.Two groups of patients were treated according to the guidelines of diagnosis and treatment,and the observation group was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium.Results There were 5 cases of DVT,2 cases of acute myocardial infarction and 1 case of pulmonary embolism in the control group.The incidence of DVT,acute myocardial infarction and pulmonary embolism in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin calcium can effectively prevent the occurrence of DVT,acute myocardial infarction,pulmonary embolism and other complications in elderly patients with esophageal cancer.It can be used when the condition of the disease is fully evaluated.
