气压治疗预防重症监护室患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床价值研究

Clinical Value of Pneumatic Therapy in Preventing Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Limbs in Intensive Care Unit Patients

目的探讨气压治疗预防重症监护室(ICU)患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床价值。方法选取该院ICU于2018年8月-2019年8月收治的56例患者,将其依据当前比较常用的随机数字表法均分成两组,对照组28例行人工按摩治疗,观察组28例则采用气压治疗仪,对比两组治疗后下肢深静脉血栓形成及下肢肿胀发生情况。结果观察组下肢深静脉血栓(0.00%)、下肢水肿发生率(3.57%)较对照组(10.71%、14.29%),均显著偏低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对ICU患者,采用气压治疗仪治疗,能对下肢深静脉血栓形成加以预防,临床应用价值突出。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of barotherapy in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis in patients with intensive care unit(ICU).Methods A total of 56 patients admitted to our hospital from August 2008 to August 2019 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into two groups according to the commonly used random number table method.28 patients in the control group underwent manual massage therapy,and 28 patients in the observation group.The pressure therapy instrument was used to compare the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis and swelling of the lower extremities after treatment.Results The incidence of deep venous thrombosis(0.00%)and lower extremity edema in the observation group(3.57%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(10.71%,14.29%)(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with ICU,the treatment with barometric pressure therapy can prevent the deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity,and the clinical application value is outstanding.
