摘要 目的探讨螺旋CT扫描在踝关节骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法该研究选择2018年1月-2019年6月之间确诊并在该院接受治疗60例踝关节骨折患者为观察对象,全部患者均分别接受X线片和螺旋CT扫描检查,对比不同方法的临床检查情况。结果X线片检查8例可疑骨折,4例合并跟骨骨折,10例单纯距骨骨折,10例内、外踝粉碎性骨折,12例外踝骨折,10例踝骨折,6例漏诊。螺旋CT平扫结果证实,60例骨折患者均确诊。术后复查证实骨折部位复位良好。结论螺旋CT扫描用于踝关节骨折的检查和诊断,具有较高的准确性和可靠性,能够为后续的治疗提供参考,因而推广应用价值较高。 Objective To investigate the value of spiral CT scanning in the diagnosis of ankle fracture.Methods This study selected 60 patients with ankle fractures who were diagnosed between January 2018 and June 2019 and were treated in our hospital.All patients underwent X-ray and spiral CT scans.Clinical examination.Results X-ray examination of 8 cases of suspicious fractures,4 cases of calcaneal fractures,10 cases of simple talus fractures,10 cases of internal and external comminuted fractures,12 cases of ankle fractures,10 cases of ankle fractures,6 cases missed diagnosis.Spiral CT plain scan confirmed that 60 fracture patients were diagnosed.Postoperative reexamination confirmed a good reduction in the fracture site.Conclusion Spiral CT scan is used for the examination and diagnosis of ankle fractures.It has high accuracy and reliability,and can provide reference for subsequent treatment.Therefore,it has higher value for promotion and application.
