摘要
以彩绘为主的“智绘空间”工作室是高校大学生对创新创业的初次体验。通过对工作室SWOT的客观分析,明确工作室目标定位以及公司制组织管理结构;围绕“扬长避短”“科技+营销”的发展理念,努力打造校内外消费市场与网络化业务推广两个经营通道,稳固工作室业务量平稳提升;针对工作室未来发展中的风险进行预测,并提出应对策略与措施。
The"Smart Painting Space"studio,which mainly focuses on color painting,is the first experience of college students on innovation and entrepreneurship.Through the objective analysis of SWOT in studio,the objective orientation of studio and the organizational and management structure of company system are clearly defined.Focusing on the development concepts of"promoting strengths and avoiding weaknesses"and"science and technology+marketing",efforts are made to create two business channels,i.e.consumption market inside and outside school and network business promotion,so as to stabilize the steady increase of studio business volume.The risk in the future development is forecasted,and the corresponding strategies and measures are put forward.
