高职教育中“工匠精神”的培育路径探析

Research on the Cultivation Path of "Craftsman Spirit" in Higher Vocational Education

高职教育正随着时代发展而逐渐进步,并且高等教育也不断地发展,高职教育在高等教育发展中具有非常重要的推动作用,国家也越来越重视高职教育的改革。当前的高职教育中逐渐落实“工匠精神”,注重对高素质人才的培养。但是当前我国的高职教育中仍然存在着一系列问题,这些问题严重阻碍了高职教育的发展,高职教育的课程体系缺乏科学性和合理性,使高职教育的改革发展需求不能得到合理满足。该文对工匠精神在高职教育中的必要性进行论述,然后分析了高职教育中对“工匠精神”培育的问题,最后根据现状提出了培养“工匠精神”的主要措施,希望可以有效促进高职教育的发展。

Higher vocational education is progressing with the development of the times,and higher education is also developing constantly.Higher vocational education plays a very important role in promoting the development of higher education,and the country is paying more and more attention to the reform of Higher Vocational education.At present,the spirit of craftsmen has been gradually implemented in Higher Vocational education,which pays attention to the cultivation of high-quality talents.However,there are still a series of problems in Higher Vocational Education in our country.These problems seriously hinder the development of Higher Vocational education.The curriculum system of higher vocational education lacks scientificity and rationality,so that the reform and development needs of higher vocational education can not be reasonably met.This paper discusses the necessity of craftsman spirit in Higher Vocational education,then analyses the problems of cultivating"craftsman spirit"in Higher Vocational education,and finally puts forward the main measures of cultivating"craftsman spirit"according to the current situation,hoping to effectively promote the development of Higher Vocational education.
