高频超声在足部软组织肿块的诊断价值分析

摘要 目的探究将高频超声应用于足部软组织肿块诊断中的价值分析,其临床可用性。方法该次研究实验对象选择该院中2016年8月-2019年4月间录入的所有足部软组织肿块患者,对该院数据库该时间段来进行调查分析。其中98例患者作为实验样本,进行两组均分记名为对照组与实验组,单组样本量设置为49例。对照组患者接受低频超声检查,实验组患者在低频超声检查后实施高频超声检查,根据两组患者的诊断结果进行比较。结果该次研究成果显示,对照组患者的检出率为对照组患者的检出率为81.63%,误诊率为18.37%,而实验组分别为95.92%、4.26%,两组对比实验组明显更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对足部软组织肿块患者进行超声诊断时,选择低频超声和高频超声均能够在一定程度上获得较好的诊断效果。但总体来说,高频超声更能够明确患者的病情状况,在实际治疗过程中可根据患者的病症表现和个体状况选择合适的诊断方案,倾向于选择高频超声或联合诊断。 Objective To investigate the value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of foot soft tissue masses and its clinical availability.Methods All the patients with soft tissue masses of foot recorded in our hospital from August2016 to April 2019 were selected and investigated and analyzed in the database of our hospital.Among them,98 patients as experimental samples,the two groups were divided into control group and experimental group,the sample size of a single group was 49 cases.The patients in the control group were examined by low frequency ultrasound,and the patients in the experimental group were examined by high frequency ultrasound after low frequency ultrasound,and the results were compared according to the diagnostic results of the two groups.Results The positive rate of the control group in the control group was 81.63%,the misdiagnosis rate was 18.37%,and the experimental group was 95.92%and 4.26%,respectively.Conclusion The choice of low-frequency and high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of the soft tissue masses of the foot can achieve a better diagnostic effect to some extent.In general,however,the high-frequency ultrasound is more capable of determining the condition of the patient,which can be selected according to the condition of the patient and the individual condition during the actual treatment.Choose the appropriate diagnosis scheme,tend to choose high frequency ultrasound or combined diagnosis.
