双足烫伤患者的护理干预

Nursing Intervention of Patients with Double Foot Scald

目的探讨双足烫伤患者护理干预的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析该院于2016年12月-2018年12月期间收治的78例双足烫伤患者的临床资料,所有患者均实施护理干预措施,统计患者创面愈合时间、关节活动度及足部致畸率等指标,分析护理疗效。结果经护理干预,患者病情能够得到有效控制,皮肤修复较快,创面愈合时间缩短,足部致畸率降低,患者创面疼痛感降低,关节活动度(ROM)显著提高。结论对足部烫伤患者实施护理干预措施,能够在短时间内显著降低患者的疼痛感,减少感染和炎症的发生,提高患者的生活质量,增加患者脚趾关节活动灵敏度等,治疗效果满意。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention in patients with double foot scald. Methods Clinical data of 98 patients with double foot scald treated in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were treated with nursing intervention measures, and indicators such as wound healing time, range of motion of the foot joints and teratogenic rate of foot were counted to analyze the nursing effect. Results After nursing intervention, the patient’s condition could be effectively controlled, skin repair was faster, wound healing time was shortened,the teratogenic rate of foot was reduced, wound pain have reduced, and the sensitivity of joint movement was significantly improved. Conclusion Nursing intervention measures for patients with foot burn can significantly reduce the pain, reduce the incidence of infection and inflammation, improve the quality of life of patients, increase the sensitivity of toe joint movement, etc.,the therapeutic effect is satisfactory.
