摘要
目的探究行为护理干预应用于糖尿病足的护理效果。方法2016年3月-2019年3月期间糖尿病足患者88例,随机分为对照组(常规护理)与观察组(常规护理+行为护理)各44例,两组持续干预12周,对比干预效果。结果(1)干预后,观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)观察组的糖尿病足干预有效率(97.72%)高于对照组(84.09%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行为护理干预应用于糖尿病足护理中能有效控制患者血糖,有效预防糖尿病足进展,值得推广。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of behavioral nursing intervention on diabetic foot.Methods 88 patients with diabetic foot from March 2016 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(routine nursing+behavioral nursing)with 44 cases each.The two groups continued to intervene for12 weeks to compare the effect of intervention.Results 1.After the intervention,the fasting blood sugar,2 h postprandial blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.The effective rate of diabetic foot intervention in the observation group(97.72%)was higher than that in the control group(84.09%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of behavioral nursing intervention in diabetic foot care can effectively control blood sugar and prevent the progress of diabetic foot,which is worthy of promotion.
