ICU患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的原因分析及护理对策

Causes of Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Limbs in ICU Patients and Nursing Strategies

目的探讨分析ICU住院患者群体中下肢深静脉血栓形成的引致原因,以及患者的预防性护理干预措施。方法2017年9月-2019年4月,将该院ICU科室收治的67例并发下肢深静脉血栓形成患者选做研究对象,统计测算患者的发病引致原因,并总结患者的临床预防护理干预对策。结果该次研究中入选的67例患者中,有9例患者因肺通气时间>72 h因素,有22例患者因年龄>55岁因素,有15例患者因持续卧床时间>7 d因素,有7例患者因采血次数>15次因素,有14例患者因罹患脑卒中因素发生下肢深静脉血栓形成。结论诱导ICU住院患者发生下肢深静脉血栓形成并发症的原因具备多样性,值得引起广泛关注。

Objective To explore and analyze the causes of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities in ICU inpatients and preventive nursing interventions.Methods From September 2017 to April 2019,67 patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in ICU Department of our hospital were selected as the research objects.The causes of the disease were counted,and the clinical preventive nursing interventions were summarized.Results Of the 67 patients selected in this study,9 were due to pulmonary ventilation time>72 hours,22 were due to age>55 years,15 were due to continuous bedtime>7 days,7 were due to blood collection times>15 times,and 14 were due to stroke factors.Thrombus formation.Conclusion The causes of complications of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities in ICU patients are diverse and deserve wide attention.
